Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and portion ingredients promptly with attention to detail
- Monitor food temperatures and report discrepancies
- Prepare, stock, and maintain line products and garnishes
- Wash, sanitize, and organize kitchen serviceware
- Operate the dishwasher and maintain dishwashing areas

Requirements:

- Minimum one year restaurant kitchen experience preferred
