Lead the Herschel Supply Banff Store floor with product knowledge, customer service, and confident team coaching. This is a full-time, locally based opportunity.

As Key Holder, you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager while leading daily retail operations. You will balance customer experience, sales, team leadership, stock, merchandising, POS systems, and store standards. The role includes added responsibility when store management is away.

Key Responsibilities:

- Open and close the store on schedule
- Lead the sales floor and delegate tasks
- Serve customers using authentic energy and product knowledge
- Coach Sales Associates throughout each shift
- Receive shipments, restock, and prepare the sales floor

Requirements:





- Previous retail experience, preferably Key Holder or established Sales Associate
- Strong communication skills for coaching and customer connections
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable juggling priorities
- Comfort making floor decisions without leadership present
- Weekend, evening, holiday, and special event availability
