Operate 336 and 470 class excavators in Fort McMurray’s heavy civil earthworks with fly-in, fly-out camp-based rotations. Apply robust technical skills and safety focus daily.

GrizzlyTrek Group Ltd. seeks experienced Excavator Operators for full-time, long-term rotational work. You will support lease construction, road building, and reclamation while working 12-hour day and night shifts. Rotations follow 14/7 or 21/7 schedules in camp.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate 336 and 470 class excavators on heavy civil earthworks
- Construct leases, roads, and reclamation projects
- Strip overburden, stack materials, and stockpile safely
- Finish and trim work to grade plans
- Build oilfield leases, pads, and access roads

Requirements:

- Minimum three years recent excavator seat time
- Experience in heavy civil, road building, or mining
- Valid required safety tickets, driver’s licence, and CSA boots
- Willingness to live in camp and work rotational shifts
- Successful alcohol, drug, and fitness-to-work assessments
