Deliver food and beverage orders to fans at Scotiabank Arena while applying quick service, communication, and secure food handling skills.

As an In-Seat Expediter on MLSE’s Food & Beverage team, you will support extraordinary customer service during various events. You will prepare orders according to standard, coordinate with In-Seat Runners, Order Takers, Supervisors, and Bartenders, and maintain organized service areas. The work includes opening and closing duties, inventory support, and compliance with MLSE policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare food and beverage orders quickly and accurately
- Communicate order details efficiently across service teams
- Practice safe food handling principles consistently




- Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized
- Complete opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements:

- Smart Serve certification and legal age to serve alcohol
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds on stairs
- Ability to calculate totals and manage inventory
