In this dynamic position, you will provide critical administrative and logistical support for our Retail Store Operations team. A background of at least one year in customer service, particularly in luxury retail environments, will set you up for success. Key skills include proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with a strong emphasis on adaptability and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter sales at the POS system
• Handle and direct incoming calls appropriately
• Assist with sales floor tasks when necessary




• Maintain visual merchandising standards at all times
• Support packaging and shipping for client orders
Requirements:
• At least 1 year in a customer service operational role
• Competent in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Solid detail orientation and adaptability in tasks
• Willingness to work various roles based on business needs
• Preferred experience in luxury retail settings
