Randstad Operational seeks a Packaging Operator for manufacturing and logistics operations. You will configure, run, and adjust automated packaging lines while following Good Manufacturing Practices and Safe Quality Food standards. The work includes quality checks, troubleshooting, sanitation, and material handling support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read job tickets and determine machine setup requirements
- Set up, calibrate, start, and run packaging machinery
- Monitor equipment for defects, jams, and malfunctions
- Inspect seals, labels, and package weights
- Clean machinery and assigned work areas
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent education credential
- One to two years packaging, machine operating, or warehouse experience
- Food industry experience considered a strong asset
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Basic mathematics and clear English communication skills
