The work combines diplomatic fan assistance, emergency support, incident follow-up, and clear communication. You will help maintain MLSE service standards and house policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide qualified, diplomatic, and proactive fan service
- Respond to service-related issues and inquiries
- Report, evaluate, and follow up on incidents
- Assist with evacuations and injuries during emergencies
- Follow MLSE health, safety, and service policies

Requirements:

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid Security License under Bill C-159
- Previous security experience
- First-Aid and CPR training
- Smart Serve certification and shift flexibility
