Bridal Stylist at David’s Bridal, use customer service and selling expertise to create positive dress-shopping experiences for every customer.
This Stylist role provides five-star customer service while achieving sales and productivity goals. You will welcome customers, manage appointments, use point-of-sale systems, and recommend gowns, alterations, and personalization options. The position reports to store leadership and represents David’s Bridal as a brand ambassador.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly by phone and in person
- Prepare fitting rooms using customer profiles and preferences
- Identify gowns matching customer expectations and needs
- Promote alterations, personalization, and future appointments
- Maintain clean, organized, promotional-ready store standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- Preferred retail experience in apparel or specialty stores
- Preferred computerized point-of-sale experience
- Ability to provide service to multiple customers
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
