Provide person-centered resident care as a part-time Unregulated Care Provider at Cogir Senior Living’s Kingsway residence in Etobicoke. Apply personal care and medication skills.

Reporting to the Health and Wellness Manager, you will perform selected care tasks within your knowledge and skill. The position supports seniors through direct care, documentation, mobility assistance, and resident safety. You will work with an inter-professional and clinical team while following care plans, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct resident care and document completed care
- Administer medications and treatments according to policies
- Assist with ambulation, transfers, mobilization, and adaptive aids
- Observe changes and report resident conditions to supervisors




- Provide cognitive, social, emotional, and psychological support

Requirements:

- Personal Support Worker program graduate or equivalent healthcare training
- Experience working with seniors in community health services
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
- Robust communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to lift or transfer clients when necessary
