The Shift Supervisor assists management with daily subordinate activities and productivity monitoring. You will assign work, direct associates, coordinate breaks, and monitor scheduling for adequate coverage. The position also supports sales, customer service, safety, and compliance with corporate standards through leadership and example.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor subordinate activities and keep management informed
- Coordinate associate breaks and monitor shift coverage
- Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures
- Resolve customer complaints according to company policy
- Monitor safety, sanitation, and HACCP compliance
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent GED
- Minimum six months supervisory or lead experience
- Ability to communicate comfortably with customers
- Food and beverage experience preferred
- Ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds
