• Assist residents with daily living activities as per care plans
• Monitor well-being and report changes to management
• Provide general housekeeping and recreational activities

Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized PSW program
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
• Empathetic understanding of seniors' needs
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Clear vulnerable sector screening and recent TB test
