Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, pre-cook, and cook food products as directed
- Set up mise en place for high-volume production
- Clean kitchen equipment according to safety procedures
- Label, date, store, and rotate food products
- Report faulty equipment, maintenance, or accidents immediately

Requirements:

- Food Safety Certification is required
- Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
- Accuracy and speed when executing assigned tasks
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Evening and weekend availability is required
