Fuze HR Solutions is hiring an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator for a logistics and distribution company in Brampton, Ontario. You will handle inbound and outbound freight, support cross-dock transfers, and use RF scanners and warehouse documentation. This full time, temp-to-permanent position pays $20.00 per hour and requires previous cross-dock experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate electric counterbalance forklifts safely
- Load, unload, and move inbound freight
- Transfer freight between receiving and shipping areas
- Verify quantities and inspect goods for damage
- Stage pallets for outbound distribution
Requirements:
- Two to five years of recent counterbalance experience
- Mandatory previous cross-dock experience
- Valid electric counterbalance forklift certification
- Availability Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
