As Assistant Store Manager, you will support store functions, customer service, and associate development. The work includes merchandise handling, operational directives, scheduling, and loss prevention. You will help maintain organized sales and stock areas while supporting a positive, secure, respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with daily store activities and operational functions
- Support customers and address questions or concerns
- Transfer merchandise and maintain seasonal store areas
- Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
- Help supervise, train, and develop store associates

Requirements:

- Retail, grocery, or drug store management experience preferred
- Ability to interpret and explain operational directives
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
