Lead major infrastructure construction projects with Pomerleau, applying construction management and project controls across Ontario or British Columbia. Drive cost, schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Major Projects, the Project Director oversees multiple large-scale construction projects. You will coordinate planning, tendering, contract administration, execution, and project controls. The role also leads multidisciplinary teams while managing clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate schedules, manpower requirements, equipment needs, and project execution Establish budgets, master schedules, cost tracking, and accounting structures Oversee tendering, bid analysis, negotiations, and contract awards Monitor changes, claims, payments, costs, contingencies,



and client satisfaction Build, mentor, staff, and lead multidisciplinary project teams Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline Minimum 15 years delivering major infrastructure or heavy civil projects Experience with large-scale, technically complex infrastructure projects Expertise in construction management, project controls, and contract administration Robust leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills Bring strategic project leadership, construction expertise, and stakeholder management to Pomerleau’s major infrastructure portfolio across Canada.
