Lead Dry Starch operations onsite at Ingredion’s Cardinal Facility, combining production leadership with safety, quality, and continuous improvement. As Operations Lead, Dry Starch, you will oversee Blending & Loading operations and guide operators toward reliable performance. You will collaborate with Maintenance, Production, and site leadership across daily manufacturing activities. The work includes process optimization, employee engagement, and compliance with quality and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
