As a Merchandising Associate, you will support merchandise flow, back-of-house operations, and sales-floor presentation. Your work includes processing deliveries, assisting with visual changes, and maintaining organized, accessible product. You will also respond to customer inquiries while sharing feedback that improves shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize product according to brand standards
- Receive, sort, transfer, and prepare merchandise
- Assist with floor moves, signage, and housekeeping
- Execute directed visual setups and changes

Requirements:
- Six-plus months’ retail, sales, service, or processing experience preferred
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Fashion knowledge and awareness of current trends
- Proficiency in POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office
- Adaptable availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
