This Department Specialized Associate supports Walmart’s highly specialized electronics business. The position emphasizes product knowledge, customer service, product information, recommendations, and merchandise retrieval from locked cabinets. You will also complete floor associate work, modulars, promotions, and complex product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide product information and answer customer electronics questions
- Recommend products and retrieve merchandise from locked cabinets
- Complete Deep Zone, CAP/VizPick, PinPoint, and zoning processes
- Set and complete modulars and process price changes
- Support complex launches and promote Walmart offerings
Requirements:
- Be 16 years of age or older
- Product knowledge in a specialized electronics business
- Ability to prioritize customer service over tasks
- Ability to complete standard floor associate work
- Ability to support product launches and advise store areas
