Work remotely for Dynacare as a Tele-Interviewer, using telephone interviewing and customer service skills to document insurance applicants’ medical histories.

This contract part time position is based in Brampton, Ontario, with paid training and scheduled evening and Saturday hours. You will complete inbound and outbound tele-interviews for insurance applicants. The work requires accurate documentation, questionnaire adherence, and respectful communication during sensitive calls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete scheduled telephone interviews with insurance applicants
- Collect and document lifestyle and medical history details
- Follow questionnaires verbatim during applicant calls
- Submit completed questionnaires promptly after interviews




- Conduct follow-up, inbound, and outbound calls

Requirements:

- Relevant college diploma or post-secondary education
- At least one year of customer service experience
- High-volume call centre transcription experience
- Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams proficiency
- Medical terminology knowledge is an asset
