Deliver friendly customer service at Michaels in Calgary, helping shoppers find products and receive fast, accurate checkout assistance. This is a part-time store position.

As a Service Team Member, you will support customers throughout the store while maintaining merchandise standards. Key activities include cash handling, Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, BOPIS and SFS processes, stocking, planograms, and recovery. You will also support Custom Framing selling and production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help customers locate products and provide suitable solutions
- Execute rapid, friendly checkout and cash handling standards
- Explain Rewards, credit cards, and customer surveys
- Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and complete planograms
- Perform recovery, returns, SISO, and safety duties

Requirements:

- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Remain standing and move throughout the store
- Bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly
- Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves safely
- Be at least sixteen years old in Canada
