As a Stockperson and Cartpusher, you support customer service operations at 1500 Dundas Street East. Duties include collecting carts, responding to register requests, verifying receipts when required, completing logs, and maintaining safe facilities. The role builds retail, teamwork, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect carts from corrals, parking areas, and store perimeter
- Return carts using approved procedures and complete required logs
- Assist customers with carry outs and carry ins
- Respond to register and Customer Service requests promptly
- Clean facilities and inspect equipment before use
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Follow safety, emergency, and hazardous communication procedures
- Use required steel toe footwear and reflective vest
- Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- Stand, bend, stock, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
