This position collects carts, assists customers, and supports smooth store operations. You will complete logs, verify receipts when required, and follow approved procedures. The work builds retail, teamwork, and customer service skills through daily store support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect carts from corrals, parking areas, and store perimeter
- Return carts safely using Walmart approved procedures
- Respond to register and Customer Service requests promptly
- Assist customers with carry outs and carry ins
- Complete required logs and equipment inspections accurately
Requirements:
- Be at least 16 years old
- Follow safety and emergency protocols consistently
- Use required steel toe footwear and reflective vest
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 50
