This entry-level contract supports Nestlé’s seasonal Confectionery Merchandising Program. It suits students or early-career professionals building experience in merchandising, marketing, or sales. You will improve product visibility, collaborate with store teams, and provide field feedback across Mass and Grocery Retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit a minimum of four stores per scheduled day
- Merchandise and restock Christmas confectionery from backrooms
- Build eye-catching displays in high-traffic locations
- Maintain clean shelves aligned with brand standards
- Capture reports, photos, and insights using mobile tools
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed post-secondary education
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access
- Robust time management while working independently
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and work in cold environments
- Confidence using mobile platforms, Excel, and PowerPoint
