You will develop and balance reward systems to entice users, balancing value for players with sustainable unit economics for Mistplay. You will prototype real-time predictive models, contextual bandits, and RL frameworks, collaborating with Data and AI teams to push an AI-first approach to loyalty and retention across the platform.
