Lead internal audits for Data, AI, Third Party, and Project risk at CIBC in Toronto, using risk assessment and control testing expertise.

As an Audit Manager reporting to the Director, Internal Audit, you will evaluate process and control effectiveness across the portfolio. You will support audit coverage, advise management, and document work under CIBC Internal Audit methodology. The hybrid arrangement includes one to three days weekly onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage risk based audits within defined plans and budgets
- Test controls, report results, and monitor management controls
- Validate deficiencies through corrective action plan artifacts
- Advise teams on Data, AI, Third Party, and Project risk
- Communicate risk trends and findings to senior management

Requirements:

- Two to three years of audit experience
- Knowledge of audit practices, procedures, and principles
- Experience testing controls, assessing risk, and documenting files
- Ability to write explicit reports for senior leadership
- Certification or equivalent in relevant risk disciplines
