You will transform complex learning and development workflows into reusable platform capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Define FDE operating practices, playbooks, and technical roadmaps
- Map enterprise learning workflows for agentic AI opportunities
- Design and deploy custom AI agents
- Translate customer insights into scalable platform enhancements
- Own discovery, architecture,

Requirements:

- Five or more years building production-grade full-stack software
- Production experience with agentic AI and LLM applications
- Customer-focused communication with enterprise stakeholders
- Frontend experience with React and TypeScript
- Backend, AWS, Kubernetes, and distributed systems experience
