Lead North American athlete partnerships across mountain sports, using contract negotiation and relationship management skills while traveling approximately 25%.

This full time contract role runs through December 2027, with potential extension. You will support an established outdoor equipment and apparel company’s Athlete Program. The work spans recruitment, contracts, seasonal planning, budgets, and cross-functional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage athlete recruitment, contracts, renewals, evaluations, and relationships
- Develop seasonal plans and identify emerging mountain sport talent
- Coordinate campaigns, launches, events, and community activations
- Manage partnership budgets, investments, deliverables, and timelines




- Mentor coordinators and specialists while improving processes

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in sports marketing or related fields
- Three-plus years of contract negotiation experience
- Two-plus years managing budgets and cross-functional projects
- Personal connection to trail running, climbing, skiing, or snowboarding
- Strong communication, financial literacy, organization, and relationship-building skills
