Lead weekend manufacturing operations through production oversight, resource optimization, and protected, efficient shop floor execution from Friday through Sunday.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee one or more operational departments and manage daily activities. You will align production with customer orders, schedules, and commitments while supporting ownership and continuous improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams supports KPIs and customer commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee shop floor production against customer orders and schedules
- Optimize resources to meet production requirements and organizational goals
- Monitor departmental budgets against corporate financial objectives
- Enforce Quality, Training, 6S,



and ES&H; compliance
- Lead Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Five-plus years of relevant manufacturing or technical experience
- Three-plus years of supervisory or management experience
- French and English verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
