This System Analyst position combines business analysis with required quality assurance responsibilities. You will connect stakeholders and technical teams while leading discovery, requirements discussions, documentation, solution decisions, and hands-on testing. The work supports technology changes for residential and commercial title insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand processes, operational challenges, and desired business outcomes
- Analyze change requests and recommend practical system solutions
- Create process flows, user stories, mockups, and documentation
- Develop test plans, cases,



and scripts against requirements
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing

Requirements:

- Three to five years as a System or Business Analyst
- Experience translating processes into requirements and solutions
- Ability to independently lead discovery and requirements sessions
- Robust communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Hands-on testing experience with software lifecycle and Agile knowledge
