Global Mobility Advisor in Toronto, apply relocation expertise, immigration knowledge, and advanced Excel skills across RBC’s international workforce. Support transfers spanning North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
As part of RBC’s Global Mobility Centre of Expertise, you will advise employees, HR partners, and business leaders. The position combines relocation operations, policy interpretation, financial reconciliation, vendor management, and process improvement. You will report to the Manager, Relocation Management while supporting the Total Rewards Delivery function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on relocation policy, immigration, tax, and transfer implications
- Support employees from pre-move through post-move settlement
- Manage transfer administration and compliance throughout the mobility lifecycle
- Reconcile Home Sale Plan accounts and fund vendors weekly
- Validate invoices and implement relocation process improvements
Requirements:
- Two to four years in global mobility, relocation, or HR operations
- Two or more years in operational, financial, or business functions
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel and robust financial reconciliation skills
- Preferred CERC, CGMP, or Licensed Immigration Consultant certification
