The Major Pursuits Capture Strategist leads end-to-end capture processes for must-win opportunities. This full time role partners with Client Account Management, technical, marketing, and work-winning teams. It shapes opportunity assessments, Go/No-Go decisions, client intelligence, win strategies, proposals, interviews, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify viable opportunities and lead opportunity assessments
- Facilitate pursuit strategy workshops and alignment sessions
- Develop capture plans, win strategies, and client intelligence
- Oversee proposal development and formal proposal reviews




- Coach interview teams through rehearsals and presentations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in proposal management, capture strategy, or business development
- Experience leading large, complex capture planning processes
- Public-sector procurement experience
- Strong strategic thinking, facilitation, and project management skills
