This data-driven role supports senior engineering leadership. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Engineering, Setting, Maintenance and Reliability, the Manager oversees processes, reporting, and systems. The position supports Directors and cross-functional leaders while improving project management standards. It manages engineering data, capital project governance, and department reporting for senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology Seven years of similar capacity experience Cross-functional leadership in complex stakeholder environments Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Project skills Power BI dashboards and automated macro development proficiency Apply engineering management, Power BI, and capital project governance expertise to strengthen Sofina’s reporting and systems.
