Manage and support accounting personnel and establish clear accountability and deadlines. Ensure financial information remains current throughout the month rather than relying primarily on month-end correction and reconciliation. Controls and Variance Analysis Investigate reporting variances and unusual transactions. Establish and maintain appropriate internal financial controls. Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting throughout the group. Budgeting, Forecasting and Working Capital Prepare annual budgets and ongoing forecasts at both consolidated and location levels. Monitor cash flow and working-capital requirements.
