This hands-on, fast-paced role requires robust leadership, safety culture, and collaboration with Flight Operations, Maintenance, System Operations Control, and regulatory bodies. You will develop teams, manage schedules, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with Transport Canada and airport procedures.
