As Director of Development, you will drive Germain Hotels’ growth through real estate and hotel development. You will assess opportunities, build business cases, structure projects, and coordinate partners. Financial expertise and relationship building support investment decisions and lasting project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify hotel development opportunities across Canadian markets
- Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and financial projections
- Structure projects and develop financing strategies
- Coordinate due diligence, planning, design, and approvals




- Monitor budgets, progress, and stakeholder commitments through operations transition

Requirements:

- University degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field
- At least five years’ real estate development experience
- Solid financial analysis and project structuring expertise
- French and English verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel across Canada
