As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee Payvider Operations initiatives through complete project lifecycles. You will develop business cases and charters, manage schedules and budgets, analyze reporting, and coordinate matrixed teams. The work spans Electronic Medical Records, Health Benefits Management, and Pharmacy system deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex healthcare system implementation projects
- Develop business cases, charters, schedules, budgets, and risk plans
- Present technical information to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Facilitate matrixed teams across internal and client organizations
- Develop executive reports, briefing notes, and project communications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, healthcare, or related field
- Project Management Skilled certification
- At least five years of progressive project management experience
- At least five years leading complex healthcare implementations
- Expertise in change management, systems thinking, and stakeholder leadership
