Lead complex construction projects using project management, estimating, and subcontractor coordination expertise. Travel to project sites and client meetings as required. This Project Manager oversees projects valued between $500K and $5M across multiple scopes. The work includes construction administration, CCDC 2 contracts, detailed planning, resource coordination, and project reporting. Electrical industry experience in ICI or Utilities is a strong asset. Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex projects across multiple scopes and full life cycles Prepare estimates and detailed plans for every project phase Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, resources, budgets, risks,



and issues Provide on-site leadership and milestone updates to leadership Maintain scope, schedules, quality standards, and contract obligations Requirements:

Minimum five years in project management and/or estimating Experience leading $500K to $5M construction projects Robust understanding of CCDC 2 contracts and administration Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Project, Word, and Excel Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel Apply construction leadership, estimating, contract administration, and risk management skills across complex project portfolios.
