Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Marine Logistics Coordinator to support marine transportation and construction activities for a large infrastructure project. This individual will coordinate information related to vessels, barges, material deliveries, equipment movements, and waterfront operations to help ensure effective project execution.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate marine logistics activities across project teams and contractorsTrack vessel schedules, material deliveries, and staging requirementsIdentify potential conflicts impacting marine operationsMaintain look-ahead reports and logistics forecastsSupport planning for waterfront construction activities and resource movements

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of marine logistics, port operations, vessel coordination, or construction logistics experienceExperience coordinating multiple stakeholders and operational schedulesStrong planning, communication, and organizational skillsInfrastructure, marine construction, or transportation project experience preferred
