Lead Yacht and Commercial Marine claims at Victory, managing investigations, settlements, and customer communication from intake through resolution.

The Senior Marine Claims Adjuster handles claims processing for Yacht and Commercial Marine customers. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this role works with Sales, Underwriting, Accounting, surveyors, adjusters, trades, underwriters, and insurance companies. You will manage claim files, assess coverage, and settle claims within authority limits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as Victory’s first customer contact for reported claims
- Manage claim processing and documentation across marine departments
- Coordinate surveyors, adjusters, and trades throughout claims
- Update Epic, Claims Bordereaux, reserves,



payments, and file status
- Prepare claims updates and reports for management

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of claims adjusting experience
- Several years of marine insurance experience
- Experience setting reserves, investigating, and settling claims
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and agency systems
- CIP standing with the Insurance Council preferred
