Lead complex corporate transactions and securities matters as Senior Corporate Counsel with ZenaTech in Toronto, supporting AI drone and SaaS businesses. Reporting to senior legal leadership, you will provide senior-level capacity within ZenaTech’s in-house Legal Department. The work spans public and private transactions, securities compliance, corporate governance, and cross-border regulatory obligations. You will supervise junior counsels and coordinate outside counsel on significant matters. Key Responsibilities:
Lead public and private company transactions through execution Supervise, mentor, and review junior counsels’ work Coordinate outside counsel on major transactions Advise on FPI and MJDS securities obligations Draft and negotiate transactional and securities documentation Requirements:
Ontario law licence and valuable standing Approximately three to six years of practice Significant public company transaction experience Experience with MJDS or FPI companies preferred Excellent judgment, drafting, and negotiation skills Bring transactional leadership, securities expertise, and cross-border judgment to ZenaTech’s Toronto legal team supporting complex corporate matters.
