Lead strategic project management and process transformation at iA Financial Group, working onsite in Québec City three to four days weekly. Apply emerging technologies and artificial intelligence. As Senior Project Manager, you will lead initiatives from ideation through Phase 0 within approximately 90-day transformation cycles. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary experts to structure cutting-edge solutions before transferring them to execution teams. The mandate includes shaping a new operating model with autonomy and senior-leader visibility. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate mandates through Phase 0 transformation cycles Facilitate planning, follow-up, retrospective, and governance workshops Adapt delivery methods across Agile, Lean, hybrid,



and waterfall Transfer projects to execution teams and align sector portfolios Monitor progress, risks, issues, and change-management action plans Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience Successfully led at least four large-scale strategic projects Experience managing medium-scope, strategically important business initiatives Strong communication, negotiation, conflict-management, and analytical skills Excellent French and intermediate English proficiency; certification considered an asset Bring strategic project leadership, transformation expertise, and adaptable delivery methods to iA Financial Group’s Québec City team.
