Lead Walmart account operations across multiple sites with Scandinavian Building Services, using client management and operational leadership skills. This contract role offers home-based work between regional travel.

As Special Project Account Manager, you will oversee a designated client portfolio across Barrie and surrounding Ontario communities. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will manage site operations, client relationships, personnel, owner operators, and financial administration. The contract continues until April 30, 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct site visits and verify safety and service compliance
- Build relationships with clients and store managers
- Manage scheduling, hiring, training, and personnel issues




- Direct operations and monitor client-specific performance indicators
- Control invoices, budgets, profitability, and account reconciliation

Requirements:

- Three to five years of management or leadership experience
- Valid driver’s license and valuable driving record required
- Experience overseeing multiple locations preferred
- Intermediate Outlook, Word, Excel, and reporting skills
- Availability for weekly travel, overnights, weekends, and emergencies
