The Department of Finance seeks an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist for Procurement Shared Services. You will serve departments, boards, and agencies by understanding requirements, recommending procurement methods, and developing plans for complex, sensitive, or high-value projects.

- Vendor relationship, negotiation, or supplier performance experience
