Ledcor is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead and support strategic pursuits, developing EOIs, RFQs, and RFPs that meet brand and procurement standards. You will guide cross-functional teams, and contribute expertise in content, messaging, or compliance to create compelling, compliant submissions. Reporting to the Proposal Team Manager, you will drive process improvements, standardize practices, and mentor junior staff.
