end-to-end silicon quality across pre- and post-silicon phases .

This role focuses on

content quality and system-level validation enablement , offering deep exposure to Qualcomm SoCs through

bare-metal validation content , scalable automation frameworks, and complex system debugs. Engineers in this role work across HW and SW boundaries to

develop, validate, and scale system-level test content , ensuring high-quality silicon validation across a wide range of SoC domains.

Excellent Opportunity to work on

cutting-edge SoCs across multiple product segments , including:

Premium mobile and flagship platforms

Data center

AI Accelerator platform

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop AI, inference, and data-intensive bare-metal workloads to stress memory and compute subsystems.

Root-cause complex hardware and software issues spanning SoC architecture, firmware, drivers, interconnects, memory systems, clocks, power domains, and low-power features.

Enable silicon bring-up, qualification, and productization through deep technical analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Partner closely with architecture, design, firmware, software, emulation, FPGA, and silicon teams to solve challenging system-level problems.

Required Qualifications

BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

3+ years of experience in memory validation, silicon validation, or platform bring-up.

Solid debugging and analytical problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in C/C++, Python, scripting, and low-level software development.

Solid understanding of SoC architecture, embedded systems, operating systems, memory hierarchy, caches, coherency & concurrency.

Experience with silicon bring-up, validation, and root-cause analysis.

Familiarity with JTAG, kernel debuggers, lab instrumentation, and validation tools.

Experience working across the hardware/software boundary in highly complex systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in one or more of:

Near-Memory Compute (NMC)

Processing-in-Memory (PIM)

High-Bandwidth Memory (HBM)

LPDDR/DDR memory systems

Memory controllers

AI accelerators

Knowledge on AI GEMM and GEMV operations, DMA operations, multi-threading

AI/ML-assisted validation and debug methodologies

Embedded firmware, device drivers, and bare-metal software

Emulation, and post-silicon validation

Why Join Us? Join a team driving the next generation of

AI-centric memory and compute architectures , spanning High-Bandwidth Memory (HBM), Processing-in-Memory (PIM), Near-Memory Compute (NMC), 3D-stacked memory systems, and memory-compute convergence technologies.

You will work on some of the industry's most advanced SoC technologies.

Your work will directly influence silicon bring-up, product readiness, and the delivery of high-quality platforms powering future generations of Data-center and AI products.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.

OR

Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
