Lead secure, productive, high-quality shovel maintenance and outage execution Oversee shovel splits, bucket changes, and undercarriage replacements Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and fleet lube checks Lead toolbox talks, JSAs, FLHAs, and safety enforcement Manage schedules, time reporting, and progress tracking Requirements:
