Lead physician education in Toronto through scientific training, KOL development, and hands-on learning across medical aesthetics. Travel throughout Canada supports educational delivery.

This Medical Education Manager executes global initiatives while adapting programs for Canadian needs. You will deliver physician training, coordinate educational events, and support product launches. The work spans Faculty development, clinical messaging, and collaboration with Medical, Sales, Marketing, and Global Medical Education teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver physician courses, workshops, cadaver labs, and educational events
- Recruit, mentor, and support Faculty members and KOLs
- Plan webinars, Train-the-Trainer programs, and live events
- Adapt global content to local regulations and market needs




- Monitor participation, feedback, outcomes, and performance indicators

Requirements:

- Three years delivering healthcare skilled education preferred
- Medical, scientific, nursing, healthcare, or commerce degree asset
- Outstanding presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills
- Experience with physicians, KOLs, or clinical experts
- Medical aesthetics or related specialty experience considered a must
