Forbes Bros. Group of Companies seeks an experienced field leader for broader site or project oversight. You will coordinate construction planning, crews, subcontractors, and project schedules across assigned scopes. The role emphasizes safety, cost, quality, and schedule performance while supporting field leadership. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee construction execution and resolve field issues across assigned scopes Coordinate look-ahead plans, milestones, resources, and recovery strategies Ensure tools, materials, equipment, and crews support field operations Apply safety controls and resolve incidents, hazards,



and near misses Track productivity, quantities, unit rates, and project progress Requirements:

Journeyman Powerline Technician certification or civil utility experience Twelve to fifteen years of utility or infrastructure construction experience Leadership experience across multiple construction disciplines Proficiency in Procore, SAP, scheduling, and field reporting systems Valid driver’s license and Ontario project travel availability Bring construction execution, workforce management, and subcontractor coordination expertise to Forbes Bros. projects throughout Ontario.
