This hands-on leadership role supports plant performance improvement. The Manager, Plant Engineering leads engineering work across Riverside’s plants. You will prioritize resources, coach Plant Engineers, govern projects, and support productivity, innovation, and operational improvement. The role connects daily leadership with technical execution. Key Responsibilities:
Own engineering intake, prioritization, allocation, and weekly execution routines Lead, coach, onboard, and develop Plant Engineers Manage site projects, equipment modifications, and capacity initiatives Apply engineering standards, documentation,
and commissioning discipline Drive root cause problem solving across sites Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in Engineering; PEng an asset Robust manufacturing or factory engineering experience Approximately ten years of overall engineering experience Three to five years of people-management experience ideally Experience with commissioning, reliability, and capacity analysis Bring plant engineering leadership, manufacturing experience, and technical execution skills to Riverside’s multi-site engineering function.
