Lead HashiCorp Vault engineering from Toronto or Winnipeg, shaping secure secrets management, platform reliability, and scalable delivery in a hybrid mode.
As Senior Manager, Platform Engineering, you will own enterprise PAM Vault outcomes across multiple teams. You will define platform standards, resolve cross-team constraints, and align secrets, encryption, and dynamic credential services with Technology governance. The work includes automation, observability, operational readiness, and responsible AI-enabled delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own PAM Vault delivery outcomes across multiple teams
- Design Vault services, automation patterns, and enablement tooling
- Resolve pipeline secrets and shared-service reliability constraints
- Drive audit logging, telemetry,
and incident learning
- Coordinate dependencies and escalate enterprise security risks
Requirements:
- Technology education or equivalent practical experience
- Significant enterprise platform delivery experience
- Hands-on HashiCorp Vault and CyberArk Conjur experience
- Automation, CI/CD, and secrets integration experience
- Ability to lead through influence across stakeholders
